MTSU’s Tucker Theater is an existing performing arts facility that recently underwent a massive interior renovation of approximately 856 of its sloped theatre chairs which originally installed in 1964. CFA removed the seats from the theater and all original parts beneath the upholstery were revived to look as beautiful as new; this included frames, seat pans and uprights. They were stripped, powder coated, received new foam, then re-upholstered and re-installed. This renovation saved the theatre 30% as an alternative to purchasing new furniture.

To bring the theater up to current ADA requirements, some seats were set on platforms for easy removal to allow for wheelchair viewing.
